Live Life Empowered provides trauma-informed, nervous-system-aware education that helps people better understand their emotions, reactions, and inner world.

Our work is designed to support insight, reflection, and everyday understanding. The content is educational in nature and does not replace therapy. Instead, it offers a shared language that can support therapeutic work, professional practice, and personal growth.

At the same time, therapists and organisations are looking for clear, accessible education that can be used between sessions, alongside professional work, or as part of ongoing learning.

While Live Life Empowered is an education platform, Andrea and Josie each offer private therapy through their own independent practices.

Their work is trauma-informed, compassionate, and grounded in nervous system awareness. Therapy is offered separately and is not part of Live Life Empowered’s educational programs.
