Our flagship series, Why Do I Feel This Way? provides clear, accessible explanations of nervous system responses, emotional patterns, and lived experience. It is designed to deepen understanding, strengthen language, and support reflective practice.
This education is not therapy. It does not replace clinical training or supervision. Instead, it offers a shared framework that practitioners can draw on in their own learning and, if they choose, alongside their therapeutic work.
How practitioners use the series
Practitioners often use this education to:
- Deepen their own understanding of nervous system and emotional responses
- Strengthen language and explanations used in sessions
- Reduce repetition of foundational psycho-education

The series can be watched at your own pace and revisited as often as needed.

After purchasing the series for your own professional use, you also have the option to share it with clients as supportive psycho-education between sessions.
